John Taeschler is Vice President, Business & Legal Affairs of Spoke Studios. John’s main roles with Spoke Studios include structuring, drafting and negotiating production deals and partnerships, executing transactions with networks and talent participants, advising on legal matters across the various stages of the production process and providing legal support across the various verticals of Wheelhouse.
Prior to joining Wheelhouse, John was an associate in the New York office of Goodwin Procter LLP, where he advised technology companies and venture capital firms in a wide variety of commercial transactions ranging from financings to M&As deals. John graduated from New York University Law School, where he served as an Editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law. He is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York. John graduated from Swarthmore College with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature.
